PRESIDENT

Vik became President and Managing Partner in November 2020. With a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wake Forest’s Babcock Graduate School of Management, he brings over 25 years of experience running companies focused on manufacturing, production, and quality. Happily married and a father of 2 adult children, Vik is passionate about all travel and is a self-proclaimed “air warrior”. Vik is also a proud, lifelong fan of Detroit Lions and Michigan football.   

FOUNDER/CONSULTANT

Matt is a graduate of Mason high school who dabbled in machining and engineering college. After a tour in the army Matt went into business for himself at the age of 22. Matt loves a technical challenge and getting to know clients and customers that become friends. He has four amazing boys and a beautiful wife, he loves the rugged outdoors. Although his time is shared with his other endeavors, Matt still is a part of the core team and delivers his expertise when called upon. 

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Johnny came to the company with a degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University. Woodwork had only been a hobby before coming aboard, and has since turned into a part of everyday life as the company has grown. Outside of work Johnny and his wife enjoy many outdoor activities and stay continuously busy year round. Prior to joining Matt, past work experience included project management as well as finance and data marketing. Johnny oversees operations and projects from inception to delivery. 

ENGINEER

Taylor is a Michigan State Spartan (Go Green!) with a Bachelors degree in Packaging. Her previous experience includes product design and development in the packaging and mining industries. Outside of work Taylor enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and family, all things art related, and getting up north to the lake whenever possible. 

PLANT MANAGER

Tyler oversees all manufacturing and supplier related matters. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys being outside with his dog, being on the golf course, or traveling somewhere up North. He loves bass fishing and being on the water whenever he is able to. He tends to care a little too much about sports and takes too much pride in all of the Detroit teams.
