A Strong Start to 2018
As 2017 came to a close, we knew we were going to have to prepare for a busy 2018. Already nearing a month into the new year - that has become a reality. We've recently finished up the majority of deliveries for the Marketplace II project, as well as wrapping up The George common areas. Plus, more exciting work beginning soon.
Coming Soon!
We are excited to announce that we will be partnering with O'Brien construction on another incredible project in downtown Detroit. Looking forward to working with Andrew and their team. This will be a renovation instead of a new build, so instead of seeing this building take shape, we will see it's revival! Lots of history surrounds the area, and this building in particular. We couldn't be happier to be a part of Detroit's resurgence. The project is going to be a mixed use facility in the Metropolitan Building. Here is a sneak peek of the ornate and historical building we're embarking on very soon.

Pictured to the left is a Michigan Woodwork truck making one of many deliveries to the Marketplace II job site. Joseph and the Wieland team are doing a great job keeping in contact with us throughout the project's entirety. We are excited to work on future jobs with their team and have confidence they'll do great work as they've shown us in recent months. We are excited to see another Gillespie Group development come together and glad to have been a part of it.
To the right is a completed unit of the modern, clean looking kitchen for The George residential units. We have delivered thousands of these cabinets to their busy Ann Arbor site over the last year and are excited to have been given the opportunity to build their common area projects as well. Commons are finishing up now and will be delivered for installation soon. Conor Dare of O'Brien Construction and his crew have been great to work with throughout this job. They took the opportunity and turned it into a great working relationship that we hope to continue long into the future.
